Booking Terms & Conditions
The Booking Details
Your retreat booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your selected dates, villa details, and inclusions.
Travel Requirements
Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights and ensuring they meet any current travel or visa requirements for Indonesia. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your retreat date.
Health & Fitness
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility needs at the time of booking. Our retreats are designed for wellness, but are not a substitute for medical care.
Changes by 11:11
In rare circumstances, we may need to adjust dates, inclusions, or facilitators. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or credit toward a future retreat.
Respectful Participation
11:11 Alchemy is a safe and sacred space. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the retreat without refund if their behavior disrupts the group experience or violates our community standards.
Liability Disclaimer
Guests participate at their own risk. 11:11 Alchemy, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the retreat, including travel delays or cancellations outside our control.
Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your space
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date
- Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (details provided upon booking)
Cancellation Policy
We understand life moves in mysterious ways. If you need to cancel:
- More than 30 days before arrival: your deposit is retained, but the remainder is refunded
- Within 30 days of arrival: no refunds are available
- You may transfer your booking to another guest or future retreat with written approval
We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes or cancellations.

What happens after I book?
You’ll receive an email confirming your spot, along with retreat details, travel guidance, and next steps to prepare for your stay.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place. However, in some cases, you may transfer your booking to a future date or another guest.
Can I cancel or reschedule my retreat?
You can cancel at any time, though cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the retreat date you are. We recommend travel insurance for added flexibility.
What if the retreat dates change?
In the rare event we need to reschedule, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternative options or credit toward a future retreat.
