You know that a poorly fed student is a distracted student. Every meal here is prepared with intention. Fresh, locally sourced, and adaptable to all dietary needs (vegan, GF, allergies), so your group is energized for the work.
Group breakfasts and lunches are included daily. Dinners are left open, giving your attendees the freedom to explore Ubud’s extraordinary culinary scene, or we can arrange private dinners at the venue upon request.

What is the capacity of the venue?
We are built for intimate, high-impact retreats. We comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests when utilizing our private villas. Please inquire with your exact numbers so we can provide a specific breakdown of sleeping arrangements.
Is the yoga shala equipped?
Yes. Our shala includes high-quality yoga mats and pillows. The space is cozy, ensuring a beautiful, comfortable practice environment for your group.
Do you accommodate specific dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We will collect dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, specific allergies) from you prior to arrival, and our kitchen will prepare nourishing meals tailored to your students’ exact needs.
Do you help sell the retreat or handle student bookings?
We do not. You act as the facilitator and host, meaning you are responsible for marketing to and booking your students. We provide the venue, the package, and the seamless on-the-ground execution once they arrive.
Can I customize the daily schedule?
Yes. This is your container. Whether you want to lead 6 hours of workshops a day or leave massive blocks of free time, we adapt the catering and excursion schedules around your rhythm.
Are you open to all types of retreats?
We welcome yoga retreats, coaching masterminds, women’s circles, healing immersions, and spiritual facilitators. The space is designed for deep work, introspection, and growth.
How do we secure our dates?
A non-refundable deposit secures the venue exclusively for your dates. We highly recommend booking 3-6 months in advance as our venue takeover availability is strictly limited.
We accept payment via:
- Wise — ideal for international bank transfers with low fees
- Xendit — secure online payment by credit or debit card
Once you reach out, our Retreat Curator will provide a custom proposal for your group size and desired dates.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy for group retreats?
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy with that in mind.
Non-refundable deposit: A $500 USD deposit (via Zendit, Wise, Revolut or Zelle) is required to secure your villa and exclusively reserve your retreat dates. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations 45+ Days Before Arrival: If you need to cancel at least 45 days prior to your retreat, your remaining balance will be refunded to you in full (minus the $500 deposit).
Cancellations Within 45 Days: Cancellations made less than 45 days before your arrival date are strictly non-refundable.
Transferring Your Spot: While we cannot offer refunds within the 45-day window, you are welcome to transfer your fully paid space to another person. Please reach out to us, and we will happily assist you with this transition.
Travel Insurance: For added peace of mind and financial protection, we highly recommend that all international guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

If you would like to extend your time with us beyond your booked retreat dates, please let us know as soon as possible to book your villa. You are welcome to continue enjoying your villa for up to 4 additional days at a rate of $160 USD per night.
