When is the best time to join a retreat?


We run experiences year-round. Dry season (May–September) offers golden sun and surf. Wet season (October–April) is lush, quieter, and introspective. Choose what feels right for your personal rhythm.


Can I come solo or do I need to book with someone?


You’re absolutely welcome solo. Many of our guests arrive on their own—it’s part of the magic. You’ll be surrounded by kindness, space, and soulful connection.


How do I know which retreat or location is right for me?


Each retreat experience is themed—Love & Romance, Beauty Rejuvenation, Fitness & Wellness, or Sun & Surf (Uluwatu only). Feel into what your heart needs, or reach out and we’ll guide you.


What’s included in the retreat cost?


Your stay includes private accommodation, curated daily experiences, wellness offerings, nourishing meals, and on-site support. Some add-ons (like stem cell therapy or private surf lessons) are optional.

How do I book my spot?


You can reserve your experience directly through our site. Choose your retreat, select your villa, and follow the booking prompts. We’ll handle the rest.


What is your cancellation policy?

Do you offer payment plans?


Yes. We understand that investing in yourself is a commitment. Payment plans are available—just select the option at checkout or email us to arrange it.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Bank transfers are also available on request.


Travel & Arrival

Do I need a visa to travel to Bali?


Most countries are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA). It’s quick, simple, and valid for up to 30 days. Check local requirements before traveling.


Do you arrange airport transfers?


Yes. We offer private, stress-free transfers from Denpasar Airport (DPS) directly to your retreat location in Ubud or Uluwatu.


What should I pack?


Comfortable, breathable clothing, sandals, swimwear, a wrap or shawl, light layers, and a journal. We’ll send you a full welcome guide with suggested items after booking.


Will someone meet me when I land?


Yes—one of our trusted drivers or team members will be there to greet you, help with luggage, and ensure your transition into retreat mode is seamless.


During Your Stay

Is the retreat schedule flexible?


Absolutely. We design a gentle daily flow, but you’re free to join what serves you and skip what doesn’t. Your journey, your pace.


Can I stay connected with work or family?


Wi-Fi is available, though we encourage digital stillness. We’re happy to help you find balance if you need to check in occasionally.


What are the meals like?


Our food is local, seasonal, and nourishing—mainly plant-based with optional proteins. We cater to dietary preferences and allergies with care.


Is there medical support if I need it?


Yes. We have access to local clinics, wellness practitioners, and emergency contacts, should anything arise. You’re in safe, capable hands.
