The Booking Details
Your retreat booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your selected dates, villa details, and inclusions.

Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your space
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date
- Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (details provided upon booking)
Cancellation Policy
We understand life moves in mysterious ways. If you need to cancel:
- More than 30 days before arrival: your deposit is retained, but the remainder is refunded
- Within 30 days of arrival: no refunds are available
- You may transfer your booking to another guest or future retreat with written approval
We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes or cancellations.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place. However, in some cases, you may transfer your booking to a future date or another guest.
Can I cancel or reschedule my retreat?
You can cancel at any time, though cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the retreat date you are. We recommend travel insurance for added flexibility.
What if the retreat dates change?
In the rare event we need to reschedule, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternative options or credit toward a future retreat.
